Regarding Mucous Discharge After Fistulactomy

I went through a surgery for removal of Fistula on my butt. I am under recovery phase now and has seton placed. Its been 2 and half weeks now but I still see discharge in gauge pad which is coming from(around) seton hole in wound, which doesnt stings but its consistent till now.

Does that mean Fistula recurred?
