Regarding pain in the groin

Hi,
When i touch my groin hard or when i go by bike and if i feel a jerk then my groin is paining. Moreover my skin in the groin is sagging. Sometimes Its very stiff and no sagging of skin. But sometimes I can see my groin skin is hanging below the testicles. I am worried it may be because of hernia. I had my appendectomy last year. Can i keep ice on my testicles to make it painless when i touch it. I have no problem other than this. My sperm ejaculation and my penis erection are normal. Plz clarify.Thanks in advance.
