| My mother has a lung cancer. This affected her left lung; it has been discovered three months ago. Doctor recommended that one part of the left lung, lower part should be removed. Second part of the therapy would include radio therapy. The surgical procedure was done, she is under radio therapy now, third session, and she vomits all the time. For a while she has been taking Reglan, and now she tries with domperidone. Which is more effective? |

| Dompreidone is antagonist to dopamine D2 receptors. By doing that, it prevents vomiting. It is used for all types of vomiting, especially one that happens because of the radio therapy. I think that Domperidone is slightly better than Reglan and that it should be more effective with dealing with your mother's condition. |
