There’re many studies of whole complex of mechanisms that affects tumor growth and regression. The main role of these researches is to provide prediction of tumor behavior.
These researches also show that one of the main factors of tumor regression is cytotoxix T-cells as well as the immune response. After the studies tumor regression occurs in approximately one in every 140,000 cancer cases. In melanoma one of the main factors of his regression may be loss of surveillance which causes the tumor spread. For further info you should go to your doc for all I have to offer you about regression here are only the scientific researches presented in expert words and it won’t be of use to you at this point.
