Hi, my child, 2 years old has regular stomach ache. I can’t figure out what is causing it. I am not forcing him to eat anything that he doesn’t like.

Hi, many children complain of regular stomach pain, an very common the reason is allergy to specific food. But, mostly these children stay undiagnosed. For determining what is causing abdominal pain, it is not only important to focus where the pain is occurring but also to learn about the child's complete health history, and take into account his day-to-day experiences.
If there is also vomiting or diarrhea along with tummy pain, then even food poisoning can be suspected. Try to avoid certain sorts of food and check if symptoms are still present.
