Hi, I am 32 years old female and I was suffering from anxiety in last two years. It all started when my father died several years ago and it was very difficult period of time for me. Fortunately I succeed to overcome this problem and everything was fine until my son broke his leg in the schools. Since then symptoms relapsed and I am very depressed because of that.
Hi, anxiety is disorder which may appear again if some stressful situation disturbs you. Positive thing is that you have already succeeded to overcome similar situation so you have experience with it. You mustnt lose positive energy and you have to fight against this disorder. If you do so I believe that you will feel much better very soon.
