I am 45 years old married man, I have one child. But I am facing a problem since marriage that during intercourse I ejaculate within 1-2 minutes. Some times I feel irretation in my urinary trac after intercourse.I want remady for these problem.

well the irritation is cuz semen is a bit acidic..just urinate after having an orgasm to clean out the urethra

and as for PE...if its a problem thats just not getting better nomatter what u do...u could just try rubbin one out before sex...aftre that big one is out the next one can last for a hell of a whole lot longer
