Hi, I`ve been recently started to use Remeron. It pulled me out of the deepest depression, but I couldn`t get enough of sugar and sweets. So, naturally, I have gain some weight. Also, I have a low blood pressure and sometimes feel dizzy. Is there anybody with Remeron experience who could tell me if there is a link between dizziness and Remeron?

Hi, I`m using Remeron too and hunger for sugar and wrong foods is the typical side effect of that med. Also, those side effects include weight gain and dry mouth. Remeron makes me sleepy all the time. I could sleep all day long. Dizziness and low blood pressure are linked with Remeron, but no so common side effects. Going deaf is also a possibility. Remeron can give you an STD. So, if you now feel like wanna stop taking Remeron, you should go see your doc to reduce the dosage, for beginning.

| Thanks for the comments on Remeron. Can't tell if it's helping my mood. All I know is it helps me sleep and made my appetite come back in full force. (I had lost my appetite for months due to stress and depression) The problems seem to be that I never feel full, which can be frustrating and I think it caused some kind of infection down south. (Never had any problems of that nature before the Remeron.) |
