Remicade for Rheumathoid Arthritis

I never thought that I would be saying this one day, but it seems that the old age is finally getting to me. I am 51 years old and up until now, I have never experienced any major problems concerning health. But now, it seems that I will have trouble with joints for the rest of my life. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis and have tried several drugs, and none showed the effect I was hoping for. Can Remicade be used for Rheumatoid Arthritis? My friend is using it and it helps.
