Remicade for Soriatic Arthritus?

Hello! 6 or 7 weeks ago, I became ill. My dermatologist said I developed plaque psoriasis under my breast. It is being treated topically. I have had two flare-ups of joint pain and swelling and also urinary infections. Should I be treated for this joint pain or ignore it? I do not have nail involvement or bent joints. Is the good choice Remicade for Psoriatic Arthritis?

Only about 15-20 of all patients with skin psoriasis develop psoriatic arthritis, psoriatic arthritis that can be destructive if not treated. Remicade can reduce signs and symptoms of psoriatic arthritis, can help stop further joint damage and improve physical function in many patients. Individual results could vary. Talk to your doctor to see if it is right for you.
