| I need a new treatment for my Crohn's disease, because my standard therapy not seems to be working any more. I heard that there are Remicade and Centocor infusions. Which one I should use? I wanted to check it this way first, before I talk to my doctor. Has anyone tried Remicade or Centocor already? What were the effects? |

| There is not such thing as Centocor infusions. Remicade infusions does exists and can be used for various diseases such are: rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, psoriatic arthritis, Cronh's disease, ulcerative colitis etc. Centocor is a biotechnology company founded in Philadelphia 1979. Centocor produce the Remicade infusion and in time Remicade becomes their top selling monoclonal antibody. |

I had been receiving Remicade infusions for my Crohn's disease when I had a stroke. The Remicade after effects were always rough for me ie:
flu like symptoms, painful joints. The stroke occured after my 3rd infusion I hope you have better luck than I did. |

Did you have any warning signs tof your stroke? I too have just had my 3rd infusion and am feeling extremely dizzy (virtigo) and sometimes hard to focus on things visually. |

Hi Likea37,
Did you have any warning signs before you had your stroke? I too am on remicade and had my 3rd infusion last week and have since had severe vertigo and just a sense of not feeling all that well, blurred vision, a bit of confusion but mostly vertigo.
I am beginning to get a bit worried about the whole thing. |
