It's been 14 months since my daughter was born. She weighted in a whopping 8lbs. 8oz. and my belly was so streched out that I really didn't think about it. But now i'm more than ready to get rid of it. I've always been self concious of my weight. My stomach looks awful, it's just skin, and fat. I didn't have an issue with the rest of my body, just my stomach. I would like to know the best way to remove this belly fat. Keep in mind i'm a single mother, who works full time, and attends school part time. Should I just consider Liposuction even though I can't afford it or will a diet and exersice program really help get rid of it?

Exercise programs will help quite a bit. Also try to eat healthy. Try not to have alot of sodium, because sodium retains water. I know it's hard sodium is in EVERYTHING. Try walking alot, that helps too. Good luck with everything
