Hello, I am 29 years old and I have been having a lot of problems with my right ankle. I am having Repeatable luxations due to excessive training and I would like to know if there is something I can do to avoid that. Can you give me any advice, please?

It would be for the best if you could reorganize your training schedule a bit so that you can rest your ankle as much as possible. The problem is, the elements of the ankle are constantly under strain and there is no actual medication that could help them. Maybe vitamins and some minerals, but that is only temporary. Resting is essential.
