Hi, I have started therapy of RLS with Requip, but then I developed insomnia due to this drug. Now I am taking Neurontin too. Is this a good combination?

Hi, I am a 62-year old female with RLS. I had problems while taking my therapy, Requip in maximum dose of 1 mg. I faced severe fatigue and tiredness in the beginning of therapy, due to the lack of sleep. But, as I started Neurontin, I was back in control over my body and my activities too, as I had enough sleep. However, some patients don’t find Neurontin and Requip combination that suitable, and report even new ways of pain in legs. I heard of some people having even new symptoms, that they didn’t have before. I believe that doctors need some time to get information from patients how they are reacting to therapy, so they can improve their treatment and medication combinations.
