I've had restless legs for about five years, with some relapses. At the begining was mild, then I had a sleep study, then I had some medications (Mirapex, Requip, Sinemet ) I had neck surgery last March and the Dr. gave me vicodin for pain, which helped my restless legs, but he said I should not take it for a long time. The last medication prescribed was Neurontin, which gave me an alergic reaction so it was discontinued.
I was thinking to participate in one of the Clinical trials, do you it would be advisable for me to do that.
I have a full time employment and most of the nights I sleep only 2 or 3 hours, that is really dangerous for me when I'm driving to and from work, plus I feel very tired.
Please give me some advise. Thank you! |
