When I pull my foreskin it doesnt pull to its complete extent but just enough till below the shaft. When I pull it, it wont go back unless I masterbate. That too twice and not once. since it keeps clashing with underwear and affects your overal body movement it feels a bit ticklish everytime you walk. How to retract the foreskin as as soon as if I pull the penis erects.
Besides I just read an article where a user mentioned that in my case if I masterbate with the foreskin only until shaft it may choke and cause serious problems. Last but not least, it is strongly advised to clean the skin beneath the foreskin, but how can I do that since if I pull it wont go back?
