Hi! My brother has psoriatic arthritis (and so do I). He is not but I am currently on Rheumatrex and it is working great. Rheumatrex is very powerful chemotherapeutic drug that is most widely used by rheumatologists, as it is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis as a single, weekly dose. However, be careful as it can cause stomach upset and damage of liver or bone marrow. One thing is to remember, regular blood work is necessary.
