Rhinoplasty gone wrong please advise

I had a nose surgery about 8 month ago. Long story short, my nose has gotten bigger (that's what my friends say). I've talked to my doctor but he says there is not much hope in having another surgery. and because of my special type of nose it can't get smaller. Now when I say that my nost hasn't gotten ANY SAMLLER i'm not kidding or exagerating a bit.
I really don't know what to do or what I can do. Should I sue him (or can I sue him)? Should I have another corrective surgery with him? or change my surgen? what are my options and what do you guys advise,
