Right foot/leg weakness, painful right ring finger

I'm an 18 yr old female and just started a new job. When I was at work today I was sitting with my legs crossed and leaning forward when I felt this intense pinch in my back...after this, my right foot went totally numb and weak...I can't lift my foot without physically grabbing it and pulling it up. I thought it might have been like pins and needles, but it's now lasted for over 12 hrs and I now have this really intense pain in my right ring finger.

I also smoke and am on the contraceptive pill.

Could somebody please help?
