Right testical sore at times and mild swellng

besides the cancer risk, can a three year old vasectomy cause pain and mild swelling in the right testical ie scar tissue? I notice the pain when wearing some jeans, after riding my motorcycle, and sex. Im going to the dr in the morning but I have a health phobia and can't wait. thanks in advance.

When I was doing a research about vasectomy I noticed that many guys have been complaining about the discomfort and pain a couple of years after they had vasectomy done. This may be due to some nerve damage and some of them underwent further surgeries. Some also experienced loss of sexual drive, which didn’t sound good to me at all.

Have you heard about the post vascectomy pain syndrome? It is said that around 1/3 of men who had vasectomy done experience some sort of problems. A person can develop sperm granuloma, nerve blockage, epididymitis-inflammation of the tube that lies on testis, and others.

It seems that all of the possible complications are reversible, so I would definitely like to hear what your doctor had to tell you. Good luck!
