Right testicle has been hurting on and off.

I am 28 and have recently met a wild 45 year old ready 24/7 We have been having sex for 4 months, almost every day. Just recently after a long session the next day my right testicle has the feeling of being grazed. It had gone away within a couple of days. I don't think i could have pulled anything but then again i'm not a doctor. The pain comes and goes, and feels like someone is squeezing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of things it could be, for example it could be twisted. You know your testicles hang there "by a thread", sorry don't know the correct biological term, but sometimes they can get twisted, like in twisted wire. That can cause pain. Unless you have lumps I wouldn't worry about cancer but anytime you have pain near your reproductive organs I would go to the doctor. It could be an infection as well. Lots of possibilities. Just go to the Dr to be safe.
