Last year I was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Ever since now, I was on non drug therapy, but now my doctor thinks that I need Riluzole. Do you have any experience with this medicine? Will this medicine really help me and make me better? If you have any information about this please write.

I am talking Riluzole myself, so you can consider this, like first hand information. This medication helps in prevention in further damage in your motor neurons. It can not reverse the damage that is already done. Also this medicine can prolong survival and surviving without ventilation support. I hope this was helpful.
