I had sex with a girl who told me she is HIV -ve and after she had an orgamism, she became dry so we couldn't carry on for some minutes. When we start again, the condom broke after just about 30sec - 1minute because she was still dry. I did not ejaculate and as soon as it happened, I pulled out my penis, tookoff the brocken condom and cleaned my penis with water and soap but did not urinate. I wish to know if she can get pregnant by any chance and the chances of any spread of STDs/HIV as a result of the condom breaking.

Relax! While it is not impossible to get it that way, the chances of you contracted HIV when the condom breaks is so very very slim. Even if she had HIV, it would still be extremely difficult for you to catch it from that brief of an encounter. You will be fine.
