What kind of behavior engage increases risk of HIV? Can I get HIV from just one unprotected sexual encounter?

The risk of infection really depends on the type of unprotected sexual contact, but it can and does occur with just one unprotected sexual encounter. The risk is about 10 times less being the receptive partner; however the risk is there and is real. During oral sex is extremely low, but can transmit other sexually transmitted diseases such has herpes and syphilis.
