Hello,
I have been addicted to Ritilian since the 10th grade. I am now 24 yrs old and still snorting Ritilian. I am worried about the potential damages I may have caused to my nose and potentially cause if I continue this habit. For the past few months I have been very dependent on nasal spray to clean my sinus congestions but now it seems i need the spray more then the ritilian. Is it possible that the spary may be the problem for my sinus congestions? the Sprays ive used are "Sinex" Zicam" Affrin"
