Greetings. I am a 34 years old man and I have two bikes. It can get really ugly in there. Sometimes I am sitting for hours and because of that my back hurts. My father had similar problems when he was younger ( we have the same passion for bikes). I really want to continue to ride them but I need an advice from you. Could you help?

Massage is an answer to your prayers. They can help you with your back problem for sure. If you go to see your doctor, he can help you to see what options you have. I had a similar problem, and I went to a spa. There I attended all the treatments I could – massages, sauna, acupuncture – everything. I am going there since, and I don't have any discomfort, I feel like a baby now.
