You will not believe when I say that I have developed a food allergy. It is very rare but possible condition. You see, I have noticed that in a past few months I started to suffer from different symptoms about twice a week, and every time- after a good meal.
Symptoms varied from mild abdominal pain to fever and rash all over my body.
First I could think of is allergy on some food ingredients but the problem was in the fact that allergy symptoms appeared every time from different kind of food. That confused me because I have never thought it could happen. So, I was wondering could anyone tell me is this possible and what are my options.

I will not assume anything because I know for a fact that your condition is possible, although very uncommon. You see, the main thing you should know is that you must avoid the most allergenic food and keep rotating the rest of them.
The treatment of food allergy can, like its diagnosis, seem complex, but not impossible. So, I will suggest you one diet called Rotation Diet.
The basic principle of the Rotation Diet is that each type of food has to be consumed only on one in four day period.
The first thing you will have to do is cleansing. And then, after a two week, you start with the diet program. You will get diet program for every day in a week and you will have to follow it because allergy diets must be adequate in all nutrients.
