Rough..... with weird aftermath.

Okay..... I have been on birth control for a year and a half. i had sex with my boyfriend about the second week of taking my birth control. Sex was not normal I was pretty much dry and it didnt last long, but he said came. Two in half weeks later instead of seeing blood I saw brownish discharge the exact day I was suppose to start my period it lasted for about two days then disappeared. I continued to take my birth control to see if my period will come no luck. I went to the doctor abut 2 days ago the test came out negative, but Im confused why my monthly friend havent came to visit? I was thinking I should re-test. but the nurse said that their test are pretty acurate and I should have nothing to worry about, but Im still am.

Please help.
