Ryan has a limited vocabulary, mommy daddy, mine, no, butt, truck. He has no intention of potty training and has been working with a speech program for a year now. They believe the diagnosis to be apraxia. Ryan finally had tubes put in his ears last year, prior to that he only had 1/3 of his hearing. Is this consistant with apraxia? What is the treatment? Can it be contained or cured?
