Hallo,
I was diagnised with HIV last year, and my last CD4 account was 194 and the doctors started me on combipack, which seems to be going well but i am having severe pain in the back not very low and not the upper side. this pain is severe especially when am taking deep breathe or yawning. this pain has been moving from one side of the stomach to another. but the back pain is contant. it is more painful in the morning when i wake up orbend to do household chores. i have done some tests i.e urine test and blood test and the doctor gave some antibiotics. 10 days now and am not improving.
could it be stomach infection or kidney.
please help
