me and my gf are ready to have sex and she has already talked to her mom and got birth control and we've decided to let her take the birth control for one month and then have sex. i feel safe with her taking the bitrh control but we've also decided to take the exta precaution of wearing a condom also. so should i be worried about her getting pregnant with her on ortho tri cyclen lo (the birth control) and me wearing a condom.

If you use the birth control and the condoms as they're meant, then no, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.
