i am a 16 year old male and my left testical has shrunk and i can feel veins..i assume this is due to variocele....do i have to go to a doctor right away or is it ok if i wait a week? also can it be something other than a variocele? i do masturbate often and do not have any pain or any other symptom other than shrinkage of left testical and that i can feel veins.
