I have a friend who has developed big sores on her skin. They start out very small speks and then develop into big sores. She has these on her arms and upper back. The doctors are unable to make a diagnosis. They are painful on the arms but not on the back. It started out that the doctors first thought it was ring worm but later discovered it was not. Can you help with a diagnosis?
