I am 55 yrs old and have not had a period for 3 years. The last 2 times I have had intercourse I found a tiny, very tiny, amount of blood on my tissue. I have no pain either during the act or afterwards. The first time I felt it was probably because the act was a little strong and like all women in menapause, we do not have the lubrication we once had.
I had my last pap smear in November, 2005, and all was well. I have always been very anal about health issues and really feel the amount was so small that most people would not have noticed.
Ideas?
