"hi. i really would like this question answered. after my bf came on my chest i wiped most of it off with clothes then went to shower with soap. can the sperm still survive in those conditions? i read somewhere that the sperm likes warm places and i immidiatly thought of shower water. i had my shortest cycle for some reason last month and right now im on my 33rd day of my cycle. im worried. very irritaed and desperate for some answer. i think ive been under some stress lately. am i just paranoid??" quotes my bestfriend. she really wanted me to post it for her. please help her and state any opinion or advise!!

well...if she truly is worried about it she should take a pregnancy test...I know it can be scary but that's the best way to find out. Although it is possible that she is just freaking herself out enough that she is late. I had a similar experience and I was just fine. The soap should have killed the sperm, but if she is still worried she should be sure and take a test.
