Hi, my friend is 36 years old and she is suffering from anxiety. Her doctor prescribed her some SSRI so I would like to know if these sorts of drugs are good for anxiety. I have heard that these medications are usually prescribed to depressive people so is it also good in treating of anxiety? Thanx.

You dont have reason to worry because these are proper medications for your friend.
