I Have A Problem. and im Very Scared and dont know whats going on.

I have a vaginal dscharge and it is white and creamy it has somewhat of an odor. i also have pain and tenderness all around the opening of my vagina. it hurts to urinate and sometimes burns. I have like 2 bumbs on my vagina and they are irritated. i have a cut like thing at the top of my lips that is very swollen and sore. im not sure what is going on. i had molloscum contagiosum and an urinary tract infection about 4 months ago but it all went away so im not sure if thats just comeing back or what but im pretty scared.

All help and answers are welcome. Should i make an appointment asap?

Thanks so much. Sad

i can't believe you actually wonder if you should make an appointment. YES!!! the discharge sounds like yeast, which is easily treated OTC--IF you are certain it's a yeast infection. the "cut like thing" and swelling should definitely be seen by your doctor--and he/she can confirm the yeast infection. ignoring the symptoms will not make them go away--get yourself to a doctor quickly.
