STD? on testicles and inner thighs

Hi, I had sex with a condom on in July. A month later I got my annual sweaty Summer Balls of Fire Embarassed

But this time, I noticed small black spots on my testicles and inner thighs (none on penis). I get moles occasionally, but these look smaller about this size " o ". A month later and I still have itchy balls which is not normal since its getting onto Fall. Never had any painful urination which is a positive sign for alot of STD's.

Are your spots raised or flat? If they look like moles, only black, they could be Fordyce's angiokeratoma. They are benign shouldn’t be causing any trouble. They are just capillaries and nothing to worry about. They are not related to any sexual activities and could even appear on inner thighs. These angiokeratomas can be black, blue, or dark red, and range from 1-6 mm in diameter, with a mean of 3 mm. They may even scale and they can bleed if scratched.

If you have flat black spots I have to admit I haven’t heard of them and that you should have them checked.
