I've been having these fluttering pains in my stomach for 2 days now. Im 16 years old and I'm wondering hey it just might be a gas pocket.However, i don't feel like I have to go to the bathroom. Im a little confused could a 16 year old get acid reflux what is the symptom that I have, I've taken 2 tums last night and 2 tums today. It hurts when I'm standing up or sitting down, sitting down hurts more. Is it a muscle spasm how would I know. Thats why I'm leaving it up to you guys =] thanks
