S/P colonectomy and J-pouch

Treatment for complications post colonectomy with ileal J pouch-anal anastomosis including diarrhea with anal excoriation causing severe burning skin irritation and sharp pain just inside anus and outer anus areas. This is constant severe pain and irritation.
