Me and my boyfriend were messing around and didnt actually have sex, but he ejaculated and it didnt go in mr but it might have touched the outside, so is there anyway possible i could be pregnant and could i feel signs about a week later?

The activity you describe is low risk for pregnancy.

It would take 3-4 weeks in order for you to actually fel pregnant-IF you were..(which is unlikely) It actually takes up to 2 weeks to become pregnant after sex, which is why the morning after pill can be used up to 5 days after sex.

Have you considered birth control at all?
