Scared I had a seizure... NOT SURE

I woke up on 2 instances sweating and feeling like I just had a terrible nightmare. I felt like the dream was like I was possessed and someone kept picking me up and slamming me on the floor. I woke up on my bed, sweating and just freaked out completely. I couldn't really move, or didn't want to. I just looked up like what the heck was that all about? Well those were 2 years ago and what brings it up now is that my cousin was recently diagnosed with epilepsy. Could I have had seizures during those episodes?
