My wife was diagnosed with parkinson's plus about 6 or 7 years ago. In the past 3 years she has developed signs of schizophrenia. Prescribed seroquel doesn't seem to help. If anything it seems to be getting worse. What does the future hold for my wife and I? She's 52, I'm 48. How do I know when to get her in an institution?
