My husband is schizophrenic. Paranoid type. He`s on a med treatment (antipsychotics) and he was doing just fine, until recently. My husband is not taking meds any more. He has become all paranoid about it. He thinks I am trying to poison him with pills. What to do to make him keep taking the meds.
Hi. My husband is schizophrenic too, and I think meds made him crazier than ever. He was seeing things, hearing voices. He wasn`t aggressive, though. Anti social, yes, but he was close with me. I was his best friend. And now, seems to me, these antipsychotic drugs are not so effective. His condition didn`t improve. It`s worse. He stopped taking meds. He seems fine to me.
