Hi, I am 17 years old and I think since 12 years old my scrotum is sort of sticking to my legs ( higher han the thigh I don't know what it's called). This usualy happens when I am sitting down it's fine when I'm standing up. And when I am not wearing any shorts or any underware it doesn't happen! And the smell is like the smell of playdow and it becomes slightly wet and very hot!

What should I do and what is it and what causes this?
