Scrotum itching, Strong odor (Like sweat)

Pretty much what I said in the title, I'm not sure if its an STD or not and im pretty freaked out.

As I said my scrotum itches, smells really strong like sweat or something and is always moist ( I assume from sweating ) Its pretty red ( Probably from itching though I try to resist the urge ) I have scrubbed the area well and its still there, help !
