Scrotum problems... possibly adderall?

I am 21 years old, and since i started taking adderall two days ago now i have noticed that part of my scrotum is extremely dry and starting to crack and peel, it doesnt itch, this has never happened before and i am very cleanly and have tried to use lotion and hydrocortizone to moisturize the area and nothing seems to help, please let me know if it could be the adderall or what else it might be, thank you

the hydro cortisone will eventually dry it out. use it sparingly.
trust me. it has happened to me. i take an anit inflamatory-naproxin
and a combination over the counter anitbotic anti fungal. i use no
hydro cortisone anymore !!!

on another post, someone mentioned they had a fungus. i am trying
to get the name of that creame that he used.

i have had this for over a year.

its not an STD, been tested for it all.
