Seasonal - Itcy Left Eye lid & right scrotum

For the last 3 yrs starting around November & lasting until April I have a problem. It starts off with the right side of my scrotum itching. This usually last for two or three weeks until under my left eye starts to itch. The itchy scrotum does not get any worse & is bearable. However, my left eye will go from itching under my eye to also itching my eye lid. Even if I do not rub my eye it progresses to my eye lid feeling raw & gets so bad that it starts to crack & bleed. These symptoms fade in & out through out this period.

Dermatologist told me it was an allergy & prescribed zertech. The zertech did not work.

I also think it is a seasonal allergy of some sort, but why would the zertech not work? I have also tried benedryl pills & cream with no luck.

I know this sounds wierd, but its starting again & it sucks! Please help!

I had a similar experience and still don't know what it is. I suspect it is a fungus of some sort and I also suspect I contracted it by staying in hotels (I travel occasionally for work). I tried a number of things and Desitin is the only thing that seemed to work for both. I can't say I feel completely rid of it, but it has been diminishing for about 4 months.
