I use a small pin to get the huge ones. Dont get them unless they are real hard and can easily be grasped in your fingernails. Dont poke more than one with a pin or you will scar. I used a cream for awhile, it was a poisen ivy cream and actually made my skin dry up and layer off slightly. This made the glands almost unnoticable. Make sure you wash every day and clean/applicate to make them smaller. Ive had it for 10 years now..

No no no! You guys have it all wrong, there is only one way to get rid of it... you have to drive a hot skewer through your penis, when it's in there wiggle it around and make a big hole through your penis, it will bleed alot... then you call your mum and tell her you have AIDS... it will clear up shortly.

If i have oral sex or normal sex with my partner, will it affect my partner's health?
(something like during sex the cyst drops into her mouth or vagina and cause her getting cancer)

But all i used it oil controling acne creams and it has been a week and they already have either gone a way and the ones which didnt go away have faded

Most of them of from clean and clear the best thou is Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Eliminnating Spot Gel it does burn a little

Phew i've had this problem for a couple years, i'm sixteen, and ever since I noticed it i've been worried/embarrassed. I've never had sex but i have always thought it was some sort of STD. That makes me feel much better. Hopefully there is some way to treat it though as it is somewhat inconvenient.

anyone ever try laser skin treatment? if did it ever work

i've had this for years too. My dermatologist pops the big ones using a small scalpel and rolls out the white stuff inside using a white head remover. I try to keep the small ones from getting out of hand by using retinae micro; I dunno if this works in the long term but it keeps your shaft dry and slightly more leathery and hides the bumps to a certain extent.

has anyone ever tried to squeeze one of these things like a pimple and end up having it fill with a fluid and get red and then slowly start to go away after leaving it alone for a few days? any response would be appreciated

Ive got 1 big one, and several more starting to come in. Im all for trying the scissors deal, but ive heard that you have to make sure you get the WHOLE pore sac otherwise, it will heal over and the pore sac will just fill back up again with dead cells.

And ive tried the scissor trick, only with wire cutters. Ive heard it only works if you get the WHOLE pore sac, otherwise when it heals over, the leftover pore sac just accumulates more dead cells, and youre right back where you started. I may try again if i get my hands on some topical Novocaine. But its a bit too much for my weak stomach to handle.

Does anyone have any REAL solutions for this crap? Other than the self mutilation? lol
