Seeking very up to date on the treatment of Leber's Congenit

My son was born prepaturely (7 months before due)
and as a result, he was diagnosed as having the eye
disease call Leber's Congenital Amaurousis.

Paivey (my son) is now 24 years, born May 8, 1983.

He does have some visions in both eyes but his
reading is 24/400 of eye sight.

I am trying to find out if there is any current
studies or success stories on this disease and also
if I can can get any referrals from anywhere that I
can contact for further information.
